Cuisine Papera, helmed by Rajesh Achiah and his wife, Tanuja, is a wonderful doorway to Kodava cuisine and traditions. Housed over a floor, the restaurant displays an engrossing collection of antiques from the land. And the food is top draw too. I enjoyed my outing here, including an immersive kitchen tour and a tasting of their top dishes. Bottomline, wherever you may be in Coorg, Cuisine Papera certainly deserves a visit.
