This is the story of a couple who gave up everything to follow a delicious dream! 💖 Raghavendra Pai, a medical rep for 17 years, supported by his wife Naina, an incredible home cook, left his job to start a tiny food truck called Karavali Thindis in Mysuru. 🚚 They are up at 3:30 AM every single morning to prepare delicious Karavali tiffins — neer dosae, buns, otti shavige, and more—all to ensure that Mysuru wakes up to a delicious, homestyle breakfast in town. 😋 I visited Raghavendra and Naina to learn about their inspiring journey, their incredible work ethic, and of course, to taste all the delicious food they have on offer.
