Get ready for an incredibly heartwarming and delicious journey! π I venture out to Sihi Suprabhatam Mane in a quiet, leafy lane of JP Nagar, South Bengaluru, to meet its inspiring founder, and taste the delicious, traditional Iyengar dishes she serves. Shree, a young banker, opted to take a break from her career when she had a baby. Her husband, Deep, encouraged her to start something of her own, recognizing her culinary talents.And so they began with a small stall in their neighbourhood with dishes cooked in their apartment kitchen. When circumstances prevented them from cooking in their apartment, they made the bold move to rent a home where they would exclusively serve traditional Iyengar dishes cooked to cherished family recipes. And thus, Sihi Suprabhatham Mane was born! In this episode, I venture out to this breakfast eatery, to meet Shree and learn of her inspiring story first hand, and of course, taste every dish on their menu. This is one eatery that deserves to be bookmarked for its fresh approach and honest commitment to celebrating delicious culinary traditions.
