Their offering is endearing in its simplicity, keeping in line with this young couple’s philosophy of serving “food that is pure and devoid of artificial additives, like soda, colours and taste enhancers.” Notwithstanding the current situation, and many setbacks along the way, including one where they lost all their cooks, thereby compelling Nagajyothi to take charge of the kitchen, Bangalore Tiffins holds promise in building for itself a solid reputation on the basis of its food, especially dishes like the pudi idli and masala dosa that I tasted on this breakfast outing.
