That in itself wasn’t an event perhaps, but it was his recipes for fresh juice blends and rich creamy milk shakes created only with seasonal produce that over time has made Shyam Mishra Juice Centre a destination not only in the area but am told also in the dozen or so outlets it operates in Bengaluru, manned by the extended family that has since migrated to the city to support the trade. I dropped in at their original store to taste nine of their popular offerings, each one special and refreshing. Definitely a juice shop to add to your summer cooler list.
