Forget multi-cuisine menus; this spot is dedicated to authentic, traditional Kerala Nadan food—the kind of soul-satisfying dishes often celebrated in homes by grandmothers. It's truly food with a strong, rooted legacy. Join me as I taste these magnificent dishes. The meal began with the phenomenal Paal Parotta - flaky parottas generously drenched in rich coconut milk and infused with a fragrant curry leaf seasoning, paired with the most delicious, homestyle Nadan chicken curry I’ve had in recent times. This creamy, traditional chicken curry also served as the perfect accompaniment to soft, tiny rice dumplings known as Pidi. Next up was a unique, colourful, and multi-grain Puttu called Mazhavil Puttu (Rainbow Puttu), made from white rice, red rice, wheat, ragi, and corn, served alongside a satisfying Kadala Curry. Just when the palate thought it could handle no more, it was pleasantly roused by the robust, sour, and spicy flavours of the Meen Molakathatu (fish curry) paired with creamy tapioca or Paal Kappa.
