And was amazed at their fastidious approach to hygiene that goes into the making of each of their delicious preparations. I also got a peek into the Retort technology that makes it possible for them to pack for shelf storage at room temperature without any added preservatives. Before I left the factory, I also partook of some more of their specialties, including a first tasting of their to be launched Duck Mapapas and Kuttanadan curry.
