Out here, I tasted dishes like the haalu mennasu saaru, nuchinna unde, majjige huli, baale yele idli, gojju avalakki, and even their version of the Tirupati ladoo. An initiative of folks passionate about propagating hitherto unseen (in eateries) Karnataka delicacies, and Adukale Foods, I hope they are able to sustain and take forward their delicious vision.
