Thereby necessitating him to create a platform where their organic produce could find a market. Thus marking the beginning of Organic Mandya that today stands tall as a growing chain of 20 stores across Bengaluru, and now making forays into Hyderabad. In part two of this feature, we visit the Whitefield outpost, which also features a live bakery and an organic cafe.
