And if you don’t pay attention, you could easily miss it. But once you step in and look past its rustic decor and noisy buzz, it’s the GSB delicacies served here that has brought patrons back for 25 years. And at the heart of the food here is its owner, Vasanth Kamath under whose supervision, the kitchen dishes out classics like the shavige dali tove and heengana, the latter I tasted for the first time. There’s everything on the menu from the expected buns, goli baje, dosae, sheera and more!
