I went in expecting, well, the sort of meal that would be cooked by chefs in learning, but was simply blown away by the depth and sheer variety of traditional dishes that these young students had prepared from scratch to their mother’s recipes. If this is what our upcoming chefs are capable of, surely, our culinary traditions are in good hands.
