Lesson learnt, they turned next to a home delivery business focused on non vegetarian fare derived from family recipes. Orders followed, giving them the confidence to set up a tiny eatery in the suburb of Vidyaranyapura. Things have been slow though, and when they reached out to us to help spread the word, we stepped in for a surprise visit one Wednesday afternoon. Manned by an all-women team, the fare here is the sort that is homely, tasty and most importantly, honestly priced. We tasted around 10 dishes, the sort that would happily feed a hungry party of four, and worked up a bill of just over Rs. 1200.
